You can indicate per item in our returns portal whether you want to exchange it for a different size. It is only possible to exchange an item for a different size if it is in stock. Once your return has arrived with us, the exchange will be processed within 7 working days. When your exchange has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code.

It is possible to return multiple orders in 1 package. You can register 1 return shipment in the returns portal. For the other order you can add a note in the package with the order number of this order.

Do you live or travel near Rotterdam and would you like to visit our boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in our boutique.
When you hand in your return at the boutique, you will receive the amount refunded to your account within 7 working days.
